What is included in a Studio contract?
Studio contracts include enhanced confidentiality clauses protecting your creative briefs and project details. Non-solicitation agreements prevent your Studio promptists from being solicited for direct work outside the platform. All contracting and payment still flow through The Promptists for transparency and security, but these agreements enable you to communicate with promptists directly using your preferred tools.
Can I communicate directly with my Studio promptists?
Yes. Due to the enhanced contracts involved, Studio clients are able to communicate with their roster of promptists off-platform using whatever tools they and their organization prefer. This allows faster iteration and more natural collaboration, and can be particularly helpful for clients who have many stakeholders who need to be involved in creative development. All contracting and payments continue to be managed through The Promptists to maintain auditability and transparency.
How is my intellectual property protected in Studio?
All work created and paid for by a client through the Promptists platform is owned by that client. Because any brief you post is not "public", only Promptists you invite to make a proposal will see it, and all Promptists have agreed to confidentiality provisions within their Terms of Service. Studio contracts include enhanced confidentiality provisions that extend beyond standard project agreements. Your creative briefs, in-progress work, and strategic direction are protected under NDA. The Promptists enforces these terms and can remove promptists who violate confidentiality.
Is the Studio just for Enterprises?
No. Whilst originally designed for enterprises, we have many SMB's using the Studio solution because the volume of their AI outputs requires a more systematic approach.
