After you post a project on The Promptists, you can invite up to 10 Promptists to make proposals against your brief. Invited promptists typically review and submit proposals within 24 to 48 hours. The timeline depends on project complexity and current promptist availability. Your dashboard shows all incoming proposals as they arrive, allowing you to compare approaches and select the best fit.

Can I communicate with promptists before hiring them?

Yes. The Promptists platform allows you to message promptists directly before committing to a project. Use this to clarify project details, ask about their process, or discuss your specific creative vision. This reduces misalignment and ensures you're hiring the right specialist.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with a deliverable?

Within each milestone, you have the opportunity to review deliverables and provide feedback. If the work doesn't meet your requirements, you can request revisions before approving payment. The milestone structure ensures deliverables are defined upfront, reducing ambiguity about what constitutes completion.

Are payments refundable if a project is cancelled?

Payment policies are determined by the milestone agreement you establish with your promptist. The Promptists platform manages all refund requests through the milestone system. If a milestone is cancelled before work begins, refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Refunds for work already completed are negotiated between you and your promptist.

Can I work with the same promptist on multiple projects?

Yes. After completing a project with a promptist, you can hire them again for future work. Repeat collaborations often improve results because the promptist becomes familiar with your brand, preferences, and creative direction. Many clients develop ongoing relationships with their preferred promptists.

What is the Studio option?

The Studio option is designed for clients planning extensive AI-driven content production over months. Rather than posting individual projects, you work with a curated roster of promptists under a longer-term relationship. Studio clients sign enhanced confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements, which allows direct off-platform communication via your preferred messaging tools while all contracting and payments remain managed through The Promptists for transparency and security.
